In addition to her design expertise, Refinement has also worked in project management and strategic marketing roles in the commercial real estate and property management fields. During this time, she assisted with many tenant improvement and interior design projects. She also managed sponsorships, events, and charitable contributions, giving her a well-rounded and purpose-driven background.
