Selling Solutions

Janeen came to the company with no training, but a drive to help and a desire to succeed. “I’ve been in a few thousand homes now, and I am proud to show my clients our wonderful product line. I’ve helped so many people with their window covering and carpet choices. I pride myself on solution selling – I give my clients the tools to make the right choices.”

Color and texture

Janeen enjoys the flexibility of her career and the variety that comes with finding solutions for each and every client. “ I will always encourage a client to go a little outside their comfort zone. It looks more customized and produces a more dramatic end result if a client strays from the neutrals and goes for a richer, more saturated tone. Picking a color or texture that can complement or contrast the décor in the rest of your home can lend a real sense of character to your home but will still endure the test of time.”

Enjoys the process

No matter the end result, Janeen loves the process. “I want my clients to come away from our appointments with a better feel for what their window coverings can do to improve the quality of life in the most important place of all: their home.”
