Monica S. is a certified Kirsch® and Window Coverings of America Association designer.  She offers carpet, drapery, and custom window treatment services the Folsom, El Dorado Hills, and Granite Bay area.

Combining Form And Function

Monica has a passion for color and texture. Much as she used to love painting with both oil and watercolors, Monica found real satisfaction in creating works that are both functional and beautiful. Interior design lets her do that, and designing custom window treatments is her favorite outlet for the creative urge.
